The Fifteen Commandments of Recovered Eating

The Fifteen Commandments of Recovered Eating are as follows:
  1. Thou shalt not eat diet foods
  2. Thou shalt not exercise to make up for calories
  3. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s body
  4. Thou shalt not try to eat as little fat, carbs, or sugar as humanly possible
  5. Thou shalt not engage in mental competitions to eat less than others
  6. Thou shalt not make catty comments about thy neighbor’s weight
  7. Thou shalt not make active attempts to increase thy metabolism
  8. Thou shalt not ever take weight loss pills, supplements, nor strange herbs
  9. Thou shalt not obsessively look at thy behind in thy mirror
  10. Thou shalt not black-list foods
  11. Thou shalt not make any person/ celebrity / model into a false idol
  12. Thou shalt not mentally compare your likeness to others
  13. Thou shalt not claim to be a vegetarian for moral reasons when thou really just wants to lose weight
  14. Thou shalt not diet
  15. And most importantly, honor thy hunger and thy fullness  
All offenses punishable by being trapped in your own private little nightmare.
